"Charley was helpful over the phone when explaining things that were on paper that us as home buyers do not comprehend. She took the time to explain things that I needed help with. She is a high level thinker that has been in the game a long time, so explaining things to lay people might not be the easiest thing for her but she does a pretty job at it! If there was any critique, I would say to slow the information flow down just a tad for new home buyers. Its stressfull enough, and then on top of that trying to understand all of the nomenclature of loans is just chaotic. But like I siad, she was wonderful to me. Thanks for all of your help Charley, hopefully you'll still be in the game when I buy my next house!"

"We owe our great experience to having Matt McEvoy as our Loan Officer. Although my husband and I are both retired seniors, Matt assured us we could obtain a loan. We had the loan recalculated several times to afford the monthly payments, and this was done immediately. This is greatness. We were not just a number to Matt. Matt also obtained an interest rate lower than the one that was originally quoted. This is more than greatness! Matt was patient while we obtained the necessary paper work that was requested for the loan. He also interpreted what information was requested in plain English. He suggested alternate ways of obtaining the information requested. He went over and beyond to assist us. He is astronomically knowledgeable, patient, personable, efficient, honest, attentative, etc. This is our great experience!
