"The closing costs from what I thought was way too extreme by the time both loans were tallied. I was confused as to the exact explanation as to why I had to pay two different closing costs. In the beginning it was to be one closing cost only. Two lenders became involved. I liked Charley. The costs were excessive on these two charges. Other than that, Charley and Meredith were sweethearts."
